All my Paint Shop Pro tubes is saved in version 7 so they will work in Paint Shop Pro 7-12 please note if you have Photo Shop and want them for Photoshop use please contact me and I can convert them for you ...My email is here
I also tube and love doing it .. I use art you can use for accent/embellishment tubes and still be copyright safe ... I use royal free clip art from CD's & stock images that offer it to be used .. I do not claim any copyright on these tubes that I tubed
